مطلوب أخصائي تطوير منظمات الموارد البشرية في شركة الكسيح للإنتاج الغذائي في عمان ,الاردن Senior HR Organization Development SpecialistAbout the jobJob Summary:Follow-up and maintenance activities related to organizational development including organizational structure, job descriptions, job grading, rewards and compensation design, competency framework, HRMS utilization, planning Manpower, performance evaluation and policies and procedures updating. Job Responsibilities: Updating and maintenance of HR policies, procedures forms resulting in effective and efficient HR practices.Creates and updates organization charts and reflects any changes occurred such as (New Hires, Promotions, Transfers, rotations, and Resignations) and sharing with the concerned department managers.Performing job analysis, job specifications & job description and correct job grading.Review and update the competency framework and dictionary in accordance with the developments and requirements of the company.Total rewards programs maintenance and development.Effective maintenance & supervision of performance management process using HRMS and associated policies.Assists in applying and monitoring the key performance indicators (KPIs) for each function within the organization.Performs annual employees’ satisfaction survey and performs analysis of the survey output.Performing interventions and analysis necessary for updating Kasih company organization’s structure.Provide support and advice regarding setting and implementing career and succession plans for company employees and positions.Development of manpower studies resulting in optimized manpower utilization.Efficient Utilizing HRMS features related to organization development. Job Requirements: Proactive & assertive team member.B.A degree in Industrial Engineering/ Management of Information System/ Business Admin or any relevant filed.Internationally HR Certifying Body Certificate: HRCI, CIPD or SHRM is a plus.5-7 years of experience in a similar position.Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.Excellent computer and Microsoft skills.
