Our company specializes in providing Point of Sale (POS) and accounting software solutions to small businesses across Oman. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team.
Required Skills:
General knowledge of computer and printer usage, configuration, and installation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Familiarity with financial accounting software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Valid driver's license and readiness for fieldwork.
Strong customer communication skills.
Additional Qualifications:
Owning a vehicle is considered an advantage.
Proficiency in Photoshop for design is considered an additional advantage.
Recording explanatory videos is considered an additional advantage.
Fluent spoken English is considered an additional advantage.
Responsibilities:
Providing support to current customers by addressing inquiries related to the accounting system, either through field visits or online communication.
Training new customers on the accounting system.
Setting up and configuring computer systems and printers for new customers.
Attracting and introducing new customers to the system and its features.
Managing the company's digital platforms.
Creating promotional advertisements on social media platforms.
Conducting field promotions of the system by visiting newly established stores and presenting the accounting system to them.
Initial Salary: 150 Riyals, excluding accommodation.
