Job Summary: Under the supervision of the IT manager, an entry-level IT professional is responsible for maintaining computer systems running smoothly and installing and maintaining software, hardware, and other digital tools used by JIC. Ensure that all hardware is functioning properly, identify any potential security threats, and resolve any issues that arise as quickly as possible.
Education / Work Experience / Skill Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT – Networking or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in HR administration or related field
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting common software and hardware issues.
