A Leading roadside assistance company, is looking for a Dispatchers / Customer services to work with our team in our call center in Amman.
What You’ll Do
• Provide highest level of verbal and written customer support.
• Coordinate towing services in urgent and non-urgent situations when needed
• Evaluate the needs of our members and work in a creative, pro-active manner to resolve roadside issues with member vehicles.
• Determine best course of action for roadside events.
• Accurately record issues and data into system.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule; this team runs 24/7/365 to accommodate our customer’s needs.
• Basic computer skills (MS Windows, Office, and E-mails).
• Ability to multitask and work in fast-based environment
• Establish and maintain positive, cooperative, working relationships.
• Work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 10 Hour shift, Monday to Saturday.
Salary: Training period after 90 Days, Salary 500JD. (based on experience)
