A Construction Company that specializes in High-End Interiors and Fit-out Projects (Corporate offices, Hotels, Banks, Retail Outlets, etc) is seeking a Project Site Engineer to lead an execution team for Fit-out Projects.
The candidate must be experienced in the following:
1) Review, interpret, and execute of Civil & Architectural Shop Drawings (Block, Tiling, Reflected Ceilings, Joinery, etc)
2) Knowledgeable in Coordinating with Electrical & Mechanical Works subcontractors.
3) Demonstrate detailed knowledge in Fit-out work packages (i.e. Gypsum Board works, Joinery details, Metal works, Tiling, Glazing, etc.)
4) Demonstrate excellent Site Management Skills, and liaising with Both Client and Consultant Staff.
5) Experienced in Proper Site documentation such as Inspection requests, Material Requisitions, Daily reports, etc.
Candidates MUST HAVE Fit-out Contractor experience in similar works, non-Contractor Experience will not be considered.
