The Barista at Blue Moon Café is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to customers. They work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service while maintaining the quality and consistency of the café's beverages. Their primary duties include:
1.Greeting customers and taking their orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
2.Operating espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment to prepare coffee, espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and other specialty beverages.
3.Brewing and serving hot and iced teas, as well as preparing other non-coffee beverages like smoothies or milkshakes.
4.Ensuring the quality and consistency of beverages by following recipes and maintaining proper measurements and brewing techniques.
5.Taking customer preferences into account, such as adjusting the strength of coffee or adding flavours and syrups.
