Key Responsibilities:
Pick up food orders from restaurants or partner outlets.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers at their specified locations.
Maintain communication with dispatch teams for order updates or route changes.
Handle food packages with care to maintain quality and presentation.
Collect payments if required (cash on delivery).
Follow all road safety rules and traffic regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
Basic Requirements:
Valid Driving License (for bike/car).
Registered vehicle with valid Mulkiya (vehicle registration).
Basic understanding of GPS navigation or mobile delivery apps.
Good communication skills (basic English or Arabic preferred).
Civil ID and Police Clearance Certificate.
