We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and client-focused Sales Manager who’s ready to take ownership of the sales pipeline, connect with leads, and represent our brand professionally in both online and offline environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Handling & Communication
Answer incoming calls from potential clients.
Follow up on website inquiries, social media leads, and referrals.
Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and challenges.
Sales Presentations & Consultations
Schedule and conduct online meetings with prospects via Zoom or Google Meet.
Deliver persuasive presentations about Burq Marketing's services and success stories.
Provide tailored digital marketing solutions based on client goals.
Client Visits & Relationship Building
Visit client offices in Oman for face-to-face meetings when requested.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication and a problem-solving approach.
Act as the key point of contact from the first interaction to the onboarding process.
Pipeline & CRM Management
Keep accurate records of all leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in our CRM (GoHighLevel).
Track the progress of leads and move them through the sales funnel with timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover after sale closure.
Who You Are
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client-facing roles.
Organized, punctual, and proactive with excellent follow-through.
Comfortable with scheduling tools and CRM software (experience with GoHighLevel is a bonus).
Must have a valid driving license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in marketing or digital services).
Experience conducting both online and in-person sales meetings.
Knowledge of digital marketing services like SEO, Google Ads, and social media is a strong advantage.
