We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Russian-speaking Female Administrative and Business Development Assistant to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and meeting scheduling, in both English and Russian.
Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and business documents.
Assist in business development efforts by researching new market opportunities and potential clients.
Coordinate meetings, events, and business trips, ensuring smooth logistics and communications.
Manage and update client databases and maintain strong relationships with Russian-speaking clients.
Assist in the preparation of business proposals, contracts, and follow-ups with clients.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Fluent in both Russian and English (written and spoken).
Proven experience in administrative support or business development.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus.
