Job Title: Team Leader & Rider Coordinator
Location: Al Khuwair, Oman
Open to Candidates from: India, Bangladesh, and Nepal
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage a team of riders to ensure smooth operations.
Develop and implement team schedules, ensuring coverage and efficiency.
Serve as the primary point of contact for team inquiries and issues.
Track performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
Collaborate with the management team to improve processes and solve challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or higher; relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in logistics or delivery operations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Languages:
Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
Knowledge of Bangla and Arabic is a strong advantage.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
