Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of proven expertise to drive our sales growth and online presence. The ideal candidate will leverage their skills in digital marketing and sales strategies to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and optimize digital campaigns for maximum ROI.

Sales Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
Identify, qualify, and convert leads through various sales channels (online and offline).
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and negotiations to close deals.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services/products.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
Create, optimize, and monitor advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
Develop and implement content strategies to improve website traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Oversee website updates and ensure the content is optimized for search engines (SEO).
Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content to grow the audience and improve engagement.
Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and sales technologies.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a combined role of sales and digital marketing.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing successful digital campaigns.
Expertise in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint).
Experience in e-commerce or product marketing.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
