Mechanical Engineer Required - Job Title: Sales Support Officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team in their daily operations.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure they are processed and delivered in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining sales documentation and reports.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address queries and resolve issues.
- Utilize strong language skills to create clear and impactful written communication.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools to analyze data and prepare reports.
- Handle administrative tasks to facilitate smooth sales operations.
Requirements:
- Mechanical Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Excellent language skills, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in sales support or a related role is preferred.
- Additional skills such as proficiency in CRM or data analysis software are an added advantage.
