Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and grow market share
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers
Ensure product visibility and availability in key locations
Implement promotional activities to drive brand awareness
Provide regular market insights and sales reports
Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in FMCG
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of the local market and FMCG trends
Driver’s license and own transport (preferred)
