Job Overview: Axelerated Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Team Leader with a strong background in backend, frontend and DevOps engineering to join our team in Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of work experience in software development, along with proven leadership skills and a passion for driving technical excellence. Key Responsibilities: – Lead and mentor a diverse team of frontend and backend engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. – Provide guidance, support, and technical expertise to the team, ensuring their professional growth and development. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements. – Work closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively. – Provide hands-on technical leadership and support to the team, including code reviews, technical design discussions, and issue resolution. – Stay up to date with the latest frontend and backend technologies, frameworks, and tools, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate. Qualifications: – Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field. – Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on frontend and backend technologies. – Proven experience in leading and managing teams of engineers. – Strong technical background in frontend technologies such as PHP/.NET/Python, as well as frontend technologies such as ReactJs/VueJS/JQuery. – Solid understanding and experience in DevOps practices and tools. – Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
