### Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Administrative Assistant** to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will provide support to management and staff, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases.
- Assist in coordinating office activities and events.
- Provide administrative support to management, including travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Manage office supplies and ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform any other duties as assigned to support the team.
### Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
