المسؤوليات:
تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة، والمساعدة في اختيار الدراجة المناسبة للعملاء.
شرح ميزات ومواصفات الدراجات للعملاء، وتقديم نصائح حول الاستخدام والصيانة.
إجراء الصيانة الأساسية للدراجات، مثل ضبط الفرامل، وتركيب الإطارات، وصيانة التروس.
الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب المعرض وتحديث المخزون بانتظام.
متابعة طلبات العملاء والتأكد من تسليم المنتجات في الوقت المحدد.
المتطلبات:
خبرة سابقة في مجال بيع وصيانة الدراجات أو في مجال مشابه او الرغبه في تعلم الصيانه
معرفة تقنية جيدة بالدراجات وإكسسواراتها.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على التعامل مع العملاء بشكل فعال.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق.
الالتزام بالمواعيد والقدرة على تنظيم المهام.

Job Title: Bicycle Sales and Maintenance Specialist

Keep the store clean and organized and regularly update the inventory.

Requirements:
