We are Hiring Mall Security Guard / Supervisor in Dubai.Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, including scheduling, training, and performance management.Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for any signs of unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, or safety hazards.Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate action to resolve situations and ensure the safety of individuals and property.Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control measures, visitor screening, and property protection protocols.Conduct security assessments and risk evaluations to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies for mitigating security threats.Requirements: Previous experience in security or law enforcement, with at least insert number years in a supervisory or leadership role.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor security staff.Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.Knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies, including CCTV systems, access control, and perimeter security.Contact on Whatsapp: @ 00971565760450
