Technical Expertise: Operating Systems: • Proficient in Windows, Linux, and macOS administration. Networking: • Configure and manage Wi-Fi, switches, and routers. Server Administration: • Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. • Familiarity with Cisco Call Manager. • Skilled in VMware and Hyper-V virtualization technologies. • Regularly perform backups and plan for disaster recovery. Security: • Implement antivirus solutions, monitor, and troubleshoot. • Configure firewalls, and manage IPS and IDS. • Understand vulnerability assessment and follow security best practices.
