Role Description
This full-time role is an on-site position located in Jeddah. As a Telemarketing Representative, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our services, handling customer inquiries, providing product information, addressing customer concerns, and closing sales. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
Qualifications
• Customer service and customer support skills
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Sales experience and ability to close deals
• Ability to effectively communicate product information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of automotive industry and car maintenance is a plus
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
• Must have Valid Driving License
